About Craig Snodgrass

Part-time Artist, Full-time Space Cowboy

Craig Snodgrass grew up in various towns and mountaintops throughout Appalachia. Craig has been creating artwork ever since his mother sat him down with some watercolors, paper, and a nice warm glass of "don't bother me for 15 minutes". Craig has been staying out of people’s hair ever since.

Born in a decade when American pop-culture had reached its peak, Craig Snodgrass’ squishy little sponge brain was open to absorb all it had to offer. Fed a steady diet of Saturday morning cartoons, hand-me-down MAD Magazines, Star Wars, He-Man, G.I. Joe, Atari 2600 and more Craig’s love of all things weird was solidified at an early age. Growing into the 90’s new interests emerged that would take Craig deeper down the rabbit hole of strange - Stephen King novels, Dungeons and Dragons, the internet, David Bowie, Nick Cave and The X-Files. These artifacts of entertainment have heavily influenced Craig’s artistic sensibilities.

Over the past several years Craig has created an amount of artwork nothing short of prolific, wrote and illustrated a children's book, won a contest to design a city bus, developed designer toys, and produced collectible art and designed for numerous brands. Now he has added resin art toy subscription boxes to his offerings. Craig is currently based in Virginia with his wife, daughter, pet pug and crested gecko.
